Quarter cow shares include a variety of our pasture raised beef cuts to fill your freezer!


 $7.50/lbs hanging weight (usually 160 lbs hanging weight per quarter)—beef and processing included! This means the total cost is usually around $1,200 . (Exact weight is determined when the beef is sent to the butcher). Packaged meat yield is normally roughly 60% of the hanging weight.


In the drop down menu, choose the month you wish to receive your 1/4 cow share. Beef is typically ready for pick up or delivery around the 1st- 2nd week of the month. Once your reservation is made, we will reach out to confirm your order and to provide info about what to expect with final hanging weight.

  • Offal (Kidneys, Heart, Liver, Suet) may be available upon request. Please note: Organs and offal are not guaranteed for quarter shares since there are a limited amount per animal. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences!

You will need approximately 4-5 cubic feet of freezer space for your quarter.
